#Humanitarianism

Culture and heritage reflect and shape values, beliefs, and aspirations, thereby defining identity. As we move towards a world where the people and its cultures are becoming homogeneous, we lose the value of having so many diverse voices and experiences available to learn from. Learning and understanding cultural while preserving the heritage is necessary to maintain diversity as we evolve into embracing modern culture. Here I am sharing cultural history as a reminder that food is a portal into various culture.
