Birusan @ APW (BAngsar)
This petite yet seductive corner fitted with the bar occupying almost 70 percent of the room is recently lively again and named Biru San now. This Japanese bar serves mostly Japanese alcohol and some small selection of classic cocktail choices. And with very limited space, you can slide up over to the bar or simply just be seated at the casual alfresco where you’ll be greeted by the most friendly and chatty service crew. Immaculately suited very properly and carefully suggesting our choice of drinks, it didn’t took us long to decide on what we want.
From Kamakaze (RM 25) to some good Old Fashion (RM 25) or Sake Martini (RM 25), the cocktails are celebrating happy hours along with their cosmopolitan décor. Want a regular booze with gas? Guineas Pint (RM 20) or Heineken Pint (RM 27) is available.
A mix between vintage and contemporary, this expensive venue leaves most of its appeal to acute nostalgia. Go check out their arcade machine at the back of the bar. It ain’t goign to win any award but they are functional.
