Sarawak cuisines presented by Chefs from Bumi Kenyalang Sarawak includes Ikan Terubok Masin, Umai Ikan, Dayak Pepper Beef, as well as those Sarawak Laksa and Kolo Mee made fresh on the spot at their live cooking station. At the same time, there’s the usual local and international favourites so guests are able to break their fast and enjoy their dinner with a variety of delights with plenty of choices. Seafood section offering fresh cut of sashimi slices as well as some very tasty dishes like bamboo clams, prawns, and fishes. Also, not to be missed is their rendition of bubur, here we have some bubur pedas; as well as the delicious percik chicken, and the grill meats.

The assortment compilation of dishes are fantastic for nibbling away to break fast. A walk through the gorgeous assortment of eye catching colours was quite an experience to discover flavours that could not only satisfy your palate, but also refining it. From starters to mains, and their highlight to the local favourites, there isn’t anything that I dislike.

This ‘Selera Asli’ Malaysia featuring Delicacies from Sarawak at Chatz Brasserie will be available starting 18th May to 14th June 2018. If anyone is interested, there will be the Hari Raya Aidilfitri Hi-Tea available on 15th June 2018 and priced at RM 80 nett per person (senior citizen above age of 60 and children aged 4-11 years old are priced at RM 48 and RM 40 respectively). Group discount will be priced at RM 70 nett per person (min 5- 100 persons)
