Starting with fun-filled of quality and delightful dining experience, the Chinese New Year meals normally served with a platter of colourful abundance for tossing; with their Prosperity Yee Sang. Options of other Yee Sang Selections includes the fruity veggies for the vegetarian, Salmon, Hokkaido scallops, soft shell crab, and the butterfish you song with prices starting from RM65 ++ per portion.
After the quick boost of prosperity and good luck, continue to indulge in their set menus of auspicious significance comprising dishes such as the Chinese New Year Cold Cut with the Hot and Cold Combination Platter of Treasures Hot Pot (Poon Choy) before you warm up the appetite with their Braised Seafood Soup.
Chinese traditions persist with symbols and significances of dramatic variety of good luck dishes; and is believe that a complete meal consisting vegetable, poultry and seafood is a good sign for a better year ahead. That’s when they include Roasted Chicken with Sesame Sauce, Stir Fried Cauliflower with Lotus Root and the Fried Prawns with Coconut Butter Flakes that’ll give you some kick of crunchiness in texture. Not to forget, the Wok Fried Lamb Steak with Honey Perrin Sauce – a dish with heavy influence of Chinese touch.
Although lack the spark of exceptional and excellent cooking, every creation specially crafted to celebrate the auspicious festive fulfills the customary staple of Chinese tradition. Lastly finish the meal with Steamed Lotus Glutinous Rice, and dessert with a splash of beautiful colour- Rainbow tong yen in ginger soup.
