Ingredients and method
200g sesame seeds roasted till golden brown and blend together with 1 Tbs chopped garlic and 3 Tbs of vigil olive oil. Don’t forget to season with a pinch of salt.Serve as cracker dip or spread it on your grainy toast. To prep as brunch, pair with mashed avocado, and sprinkle with paprika and chopped chives. Drizzle some extra olive oil before serving and accompany this with some eggs of your choice.
