Recently our photographer told me about this pork noodle in SS 15 and that I have to at least go try it. But having to wait for 40 minutes for a bowl of noodle was a little over rated. At least that was the thought that came to me when I was waiting. And even after I finished my noodle, I really don’t see what‘s the big deal…
But the truth is that I did crave for it after awhile now. And from time to time, I always have the urge to return for another bowl. But the turning off part was when you had to wait for 40 minutes. Sometimes I kind of just try not to think about my craving and come out with something equally satisfying to fulfill my cravings. So what makes them so popular?
First and foremost, the soup was amazing. Secondly, the ingredients were fresh and served generously at an affordable price. There are ingredients like the pork meat, minced meat, pork intestine, and pork liver. And not to forget, a lot of fried lardons.
And the next impressive part that I’ve noticed is that every bowl is prepared individually, each cooked in a tiny pot on stove. I think that’s why we might have to wait a little longer.
Not to mention the generous amount of minced pork meats in the noodle
A small bowl cost RM 5.70 where else large bowl cost RM 6.50 each. Click here for more photos and updates on Foodeverywhere’s facebook page or follow me on twitter @sycookies .

But 40 minutes….SOmetimes…arghhh….!
Worth the wait, because it really looks delicious^^
A lot of my friends are willing to wait. They told me the same thing. Lol..
Will never ever go to this place again.
We were told to wait an hour because many customer.
Nevertheless we agree since we were not hungry.
However after an hour wait we realise they were serving to ppl that came later then us. When we ask the serving lady and the owner.
They reply us very rudely you either wait or u can go.
We were so angry that we leave.. what kind of service is this.. the food is not free and there are plenty of nicer pork noodle that I eaten before..
Bad service..
Wow..I would be furious if I’m hungry. That’s what happens when they’ve got some fame and reputation. It is totally understandable. But they should have handle this with better manners.
Excuse me…the reason why you see so many people in the restaurant is because they make people wait. Nothing special about the noodle. Don’t go. Even though 2 table, they also ask you to wait for 40 minutes.
That’s their standard reply right? You are lucky they still tell you 40 minutes. The last I went, they told me 45 minutes. I guess it takes longer time because they cook individual bowls separately.
