Also on the list is the Lamb Chops where we explored both style and concluded that seafood is still the best choice of dishes in the buffet line up.

Speaking of which, the seafood is inevitably in the spotlight when visiting a seafood restaurant. Polishing huge carapace all the way to the chelipeds and pinchers, is a blissful joy to savour the fresh Crabs.

BBQ Japanese Sama Fish is almost exceptionally intense with immense flavours slightly charred while enhancing the sweetness of the fish.
