Showcasing Chefs special homemade organic apple dressing in the Organic Apple Yee Sang (RM 68), this vegetarian yee sang is all about the healthy eating and is most perfect for the vegan dinners.

 

 

Assembled with healthy mix of beautiful colours, you’ll see seaweed cucumber, pomelo, organic apples, carrots, and a whole lot more alongside with refreshing apple sauce.

 

 

Dive into a sea of fishes, Xenri also showcase their Premium Yee Sang with salmon, red tuna, amber jack, jellyfish and butterfish. This Xenri premium Yee Sang (RM 128) would be something that is highly anticipated by sashimi lovers. With the great mix of texture, the overall concoction would charm anyone within seconds. Also from the sea, there is the Jellyfish and Salmon Yee Sang (RM 98); something a little safe and traditional. Flown in twice a week, freshness is probably their biggest win when it comes to these sea harvests.
