Think Taiwan beverage and first thing that came to mind is probably the boba milk tea. And think Taiwan snack, will inevitably be none other than Taiwanese style fried chicken for sure. This all time favourable snack has got it’s reputation for being huge and tasty but Monga Fried Chicken takes pride in perfecting it to greater tender in a thicker fillet, at the same time promising juicy bites with contrast crispy outer batter coat enhanced with dusted seasonings. Namely The King, which is dusted with original salt and pepper seasoning; The Taiker that is dusted with Japanese sauce and seaweed powder and one for spicy food lover called – The Hot Chick. I personally enjoyed this one and this easily could potentially be a meal. Oh wait… Then how did it come about with snacks at big ass portion like such?!
According to the founder at a recent launch on Singapore , their fried chicken stands apart from other brands’ due to the painstakingly researched recipes and their insistence on each chicken fillet being at least 2cm in thickness. NoNo, the founder is a popular Taiwanese celebrity and I was told that more outlets will be opening all over Malaysia states.
Apart from fried chicken, there’s fried chicken skin, fries, and drinks.
