It’s been awhile since I posted anything on buffet dining and reason being is just plain laziness. Well because all the buffet restaurants offer so many choices I would have so much editing to do on the photos. Jogoya is not any different from those. Except the ultimate concept is mainly Japanese food. Although, I was even more attracted with the dessert section than any other items. The Japanese items varies with assortment of Sushi, Tepanyakki, Sukiyaki, and a whole lot of fresh Sashimi. Also, they preserve freshness with lots of ice and that is comforting for those with sensitive tummy.
There is even Miso Soup, self service of course. Just pop in your desired amount of ingredients and viola, MIso soup is served.
The variety is so wide and you’ll find things that amuses you in one way or another. Myself is pretty amused with the Sauna egg which is so fluffy and soft and the Pumpkin Bowl noodles.
Now Japanese Sushi came in small portions, thus it is definitely enjoyable to be trying out all the variety available. Another small portion dish served here would be the Chinese Dim Sum.
Moving on to seafood lovers, you all would find yourself in a heavenly seafood paradise for there are so much seafood here. And they are not just amazing with the variety, but the freshness as well. I love this Flower Snail with butter cream as the thick creamy butter gravy is so smooth and to die for. A little spicy from the red chili but the combination was amazing.
Others were mainly cooked so well to suit our local taste bud. There is some Squid ring sesame, Fried Bamboo Clam with Spring chili sauce, Kung Pau Green Mussels, or the Fresh Oysters with Nam Jhim Sauce
Members get to enjoy this Steam King Crab in superior broth.
And if you are not keen with raw food, there is a selection of steamboat ingredient to have your own steamboat too. I had the Tom Yum soup and it was amazingly fiery. Just the way I like it.
I love the Chili Tamarin sauce , kuah asam . Tangy and spicy at the same time, simply perfect for steamboats.
Other choices would include the BBQ session where you get to pick your ingredients at the counter, and it would later then being served to your table when cooked. Mostly common Japanese ingredients. The place offer great dinning ambience but try avoiding peak hours or public holidays as the place would be in a real kiosk with many people moving about all the time.
Lastly, the girls favourite…..the desserts……and the charming session is a whole counter booth of Haagen Dazs desserts. From ice creams to cakes, and jelly to puddings, the choices were so greatly tempting and there isn’t one anyone could resist.
Other than the Haagen Dazs booth, other desserts include the sorted jelly. One I find it impressive is the tea jelly. Being a tea lover, I find the Honey jasmine tea jelly and the Honey pu er tea jelly intriguing.
There is Mochi of assorted flavors as well as everyone’s favourite Chocolate fondue and Mash Mallow.
Speaking of chocolate, let’s not forget the rich and thick Chocolate fudge cake as well as the Tiramisu.
Others including some common dessert in most buffet restaurant. Desserts like assorted fruits, ABC, coconut juices, layer cakes and ice blends. I was pretty fascinated with the Cheddar Cheese cookie as well as the Taiwanese egg roll.
If that is still not good enough for you, there is New Zealand ice cream to satisfy your meal.

SO far have no chance to visit it yet.. kinda sad case..
Go only if you are really fond of Japanese food…or else it would get quite sick after a while with SO much sushi and sashimi.
